I live about an hour from this dealership, so before I made the drive there, I requested a walk around video and other info of the Bronco I was interested in. The video shared was of a dirty vehicle both inside and out. No effort was taken to clean it up to make a good first impression. Very disappointing for a first time customer to see. Not sure how the dealership sells vehicles in that kind of condition.
